NISSAN’S popular Note supermini-MPV is being upgraded for 2012 with spec improvements and a new top of the range version. The latest Acenta model has new, ‘diamond cut’ two-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, replacing the original 15 inchers and now features body-coloured door mirrors and front fog light surrounds to distinguish it from the 2011 model. Inside there’s a new seat fabric with blue stitching while climate control, automatic headlights and rain-sensitive wipers all now come as standard. The best-selling N-TEC model has been upgraded too and, for 2012, becomes the N-TEC+. In addition to the Acenta specification, it comes with rear parking sensors, darkened rear privacy glass and the touch screen ‘Connect’ satellite navigation and audio system. The 2012 range goes on sale in February and prices start at £11,200 for the Visia, with the new Acenta at £13,000 and the new N-TEC+ a further £500. |
